Shalini Sinha
I have always been a girl with big dreams in my eyes. The reflection of my personality is the strength I draw from people and the energy with which I surround myself. It is said that you don't live in the world you like, you make the world for yourself otherwise you adapt to the liking of others. A person is known by the company he keeps, so it is very important to choose that company wisely.

My Entrepreneural Journey

I was always a shy little girl from a small town in India, but always had big dreams to be an entrepreneur. As my father supported me in the same, but there were some people who always thought I can never make it big, as girls in our town were not allowed to do higher studies and always got married at an early stage in their life. The reason I was always tilted and motivated to do a job after my MBA was that I believed in my dreams of becoming big and self-independent. But slowly, I started getting interested in business people and how they run and invest money in business
I remember when I took a sabbatical for some time for my children, I always used to read about entrepreneurs and the reasons why they started a particular business and started my entrepreneurship journey with a dream that one day even someone somewhere would read my story and get inspired.
Here I am today as an entrepreneur running 2 ventures in Travel and Tea and adding more soon. For me, this is not about the 2 ventures. This is not about success. It is about a belief that if we work for our dreams, sooner or later, they will come true.
